- Junior Site Agent:
• 2-3 years site experience in Building & Civils. Dealing with Clients Agents & managing foreman, QS & operators, keep records and admin, ensuring works program is adhered to & contractual requirements are met on site. Foreman, QS, Operators and Labour to report to Site Agent.
PACKAGE: Company vehicle & cell phone, live out allowance & accommodation.
R18,000 – R 22,000
- Student -Foreman/Supervisor:
0.5 – 2 years’ exp in Building & Civils. Setting out work, supervision, guidance and quality control. Package: air time, accommodation & live out allowance. R 8,000 – R 10,000
3 Student – Quantity Surveyor:
Current or former QS student.
0 – 1 years’ exp in Building & Civils. Measuring and ensuring correct materials are procured, measuring of works completed for monthly certificates.
PACKAGE: Airtime, accommodation / rent & live out allowance. R 5,000 to R 8,000
• COMMENCEMENT: March / April 2022 to September 2025
• Work onsite: Monday to Saturday for 3 weeks, Monday to Thursday last week of the month & back on site the following Tuesday.
