Salary R16K – R17K Live in
Ability to manage and lead staff
Willing to train staff on a regular basis, and to attend training sessions, when required
Understanding of, and able to manage reservations remotely
APEX – excellent knowledge
Understanding of Market segments and room rates
Excellent understanding of and able to manage room allocations, blocks and large volumes including groups
Daily management of guest / company accounts
Computer literate
Good communication skills and focused on guest satisfaction and service
Willing to work varied shifts
Good relationships with management, and able to liaise with other departments
