Various Vacancies exists for Contracted Security Officers: Estate Protection Services at high-end Residential and Golf Estates in Hartbeespoort. North West
The following positions can be applied for:
Duty Managers (A Grades)
Site Administrator
Gate Commanders (A) Grade
Access Controllers (A and B) Grades
Vetting & Enrolment officers (A) + Grades
Concierge Officers (A and B Grades
Armed Reaction Officers (B) Grades
Control room Operators (A Grades)
Control room Supervisors (A Grades)
Course Patrollers (B Grades)
The suitable candidates’ main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client liaison and professional client relationship;
Access Control
General security patrols
Reaction to incidents and alarm activations
Manpower Management;
Equipment Management;
Effectively dealing with and manage client and residential complaints;
Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
Basic Incident investigation and management;
Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code;
Health & Safety Management and Compliance;
Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are resolved;
Ensure that all company SOP’s and Client are followed
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
PSIRA certification – Grade B and A;
Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications;
Residential Estate Security experience;
Firearm Competency – business standard; (Armed Officers and Duty Manager)
Experience in operational planning and deployment
Excellent knowledge of Control Room Operations and Procedures (Control Room Officers)
Working Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Skippers Licence, Category R (Duty managers, Patrollers and Armed Officers)
Report writing skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills; (Candidates will be tested)
A good working knowledge of MS Office and Ciims
The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
The ability to work under pressure;
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
Valid Driver’s Licence C1 (unendorsed) pertaining to Duty Managers, Course patrollers and Armed Officers
First Aid certification will be advantageous
Basic firefighting training will be advantageous.
