Our client in Queenstown is requiring a HR Officer, whose primary role will be to work alongside the Human Resources Team to ensure compliance and best practices are followed with regards to HR matters.
Duties:-
*Recruitment and employment
*Ensure employees are aware company policies and disciplinary codes
*Capturing of employees working schedules
*Management of employee benefits – IOD, UIF, provident fund and funeral benefits
*Conduct Training
*Ensure compliance with DOL. BCEA, H&S
*Manage all labour and employment related issues
*Attend quarterly EE meetings
*Perform Ad Hoc group HR requirements
Minimum Requirements:-
*Degree/Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resources
*Fluent in English
*MS365
*2 years’ experience in a human resources and labour relations environment
