Control and Monitor Operator

Purpose of the Job:
The primary responsibility of the Control and Monitor operator is
to ensure an efficient operation of the control room.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Carry out instructions to employees
• Must multi-task in spread sheets and monitoring
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•
Matric Certified
•
Solid Computer Proficiency
•
Have experience in control room/C.C.T.V.
Experience/ Call centre experience
•
Must live in or around the bluff area, Durban
•
Must have reliable transport
COMPETENCIES:

Attention to detail
•
Must be able to multi-task
•
Ability to generate reports
•
Excellent reporting skills
•
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
•
To be able to work in a team
•
To be able to work under pressure
•
Must be able to work shifts
•
