I&J Ltd will be offering unemployed YOUTH between age (18 – 35 years) who have completed a minimum Grade 9 (Standard 7), an opportunity to enrol on a 12 month I&J Work Employment Programme. Successful candidates will be employed at any of the I&J sites.

Interview & Assessment:
Selected applicants will be interviewed and may have to do an assessment (test) which comprises of numeracy
and literacy (basic Mathematics and English) prior to being selected for the Youth Employment Programme.
All applicants must be in possession of the following documents:
ï‚· Curriculum Vitae (CV)
ï‚· Stamped bank account details/statement (not older than 3 months)
ï‚· SARS Tax Document (copy of SARS certificate/letter )
ï‚· Certified copy of highest grade/qualification ( not older than 3 months )
ï‚· Certified ID Copy ( not older than 3 months )
Only applicants who submit all of the above documents will be considered for an interview and assessment.

The standard recruitment process will be followed, which includes background screening (e.g. criminal check, ID verification, qualifications, etc.) and undergoing a full medical examination.

ï‚· This is not a Learnership.
ï‚· Applicants must be unemployed, not have been previously enrolled on a YES4YOUTH Programme and not be registered on a Learnership and not earning a salary/stipend.
