R16K – R18K per month
DESCRIPTION
An award-winning luxury Game Lodge at Sabi Sands is looking for a Sous Chef (Senior Chef). The head chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen and will involve a high degree of employee management, as well as acting as head chef in the absence of the head chef and ensuring that the kitchen operates in the same professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Qualification from a reputable culinary institution.
5 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years of experience in Senior / Sous Chef in a 5 star environment
Fast and innovative thinker with great people skills.
Excellent language and communication skills.
