DESCRIPTION
Our customer in the manufacturing industry is looking for four forklift drivers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade12 / Matric
Valid forklift license
Valid driver’s license (code 8, 10 or 14)
Description of the position and responsibilities:
Efficient use of the forklift
Compliance with safety protocols, pre-commissioning protocols and basic operational concepts on the use of the forklift
Ability to load and unload multiple high-speed machines simultaneously using the forklift
Weigh all scrap pallets as required by the production supervisor or foreman
Follow all safety work procedures as dictated by the job.
Keep all material stacked neatly and securely at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in factory and stores.
Self-initiator
Good attendance attitude
Good communication skills
Team player
Functional knowledge of inter-leader processes and bottleneck management.
