Position: Temporary recruter
Location: UK-Position based in Cape Town

Capita SA is currently in search of Recruiters to assist the UK recruitment team in sourcing and scheduling shortlisted candidates for interviews. 

This opportunity allows you to work in Hybrid model, 3 days from home and 2 days from the office based in Maitland.

Please note this is a fixed term contract of either 3 months or 6 months.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday- 10am to 7pm

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 6 months experience as a recruiter, screener, or HR graduate
• Matric
• Fibre will be required to work from home-minimum 20mbps speed
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of personal culture and customer-oriented attitude
Competencies
• Good time management skills
• Effective listening and questioning skills
• Natural conversational ability
• Have a high attention to detail, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate resilience and ability to cope with pressure in a fast moving and ever-changing environment
