Title: Team leader Handyman
Location: East London
Job description:
To ensure the effective maintenance of OHHA’s developments, considering all company requirements for health and hygiene, by attending to all minor plumbing and maintenance tasks.
Operational Requirements:
Maintenance of existing rental portfolio-
Staff Management
Financial risk and management support
Stock Control
Community Development
Minimum requirements:
• A Grade 12 qualification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the plumbing field (not necessarily qualified)
• Experience in a technical/building maintenance field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary range: R9,000.00 – R12,000.00 TCT per month.
NB: This is an Employment Equity position.
The candidate should be available to start immediately or by latest 1 April 2023.
