Job Requirements & Qualification:
â–ª Grade 12 / Matric
â–ª A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
â–ª A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation
Experience with working with donor agencies like USAID is an advantage.
â–ª Knowledge of DREAMS programme would be advantageous.
â–ª Experience in data collection and capturing.
â–ª Computer literate and the use of Microsoft office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
â–ª Fluency in English, isiXhosa and isiZulu languages.
Key Responsibilities:
The Data Capturer will work under supervision and mentorship of the M&E officer.
• Support facilitators to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured into the information systems e.g. CBIMS, ORBIT
• Collect and verify data against facilitators weekly submission to ensure data quality.
• Interact with colleagues and project management team to ensure fulfilment of project objectives.
• Ensure that weekly, monthly and reports are submitted on time.
• Filing and administrative duties as required.
• Conduct on site data verification visits and data quality audits.
• Attend Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly meetings for the project.
