RESPONSIBILITIES
Empower students with a strong belief in their ability to contribute to building a prosperous South Africa for all
Set high expectations for your students and build a culture of achievement in the classroom.
Design effective lesson plans tailored to student needs
Provide one-on-one tutoring teaching approaches to keep students engaged and motivate them to learn.
Design and use learning aids to create a conducive learning environment for students.
Collaborate with other teachers, school leaders, and community members to provide comprehensive care for their students.
Administer and analyze assessments to monitor student academic progress.
Organize parent meetings to involve them in their children’s learning.
Research, plan, and implement projects to address a major challenge to student achievement.
Inspire and interact creatively with students inside and outside the classroom.
QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITATIONS
Must be a graduate of a 360 credit degree (NQF level 7) or an advanced diploma from a recognized institution of higher education
