RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to perform and have knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, painting, tiling and electrical)
Liaise with tenants and landlord on maintenance issues.
General building inspections to identify maintenance problems.
Supervision of general building works in progress.
Able to work after hours and on weekends when needed.
Requirements:
Basic literacy (reading and writing in English)
Driver’s license C1
