Introduction
Support administrator work with other management staff to assist to coordinate and supervise internal and external operations for organisations. These professionals may provide administrative assistance for procurement, finance, human resources, and SHEQ.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support administrator assist manager to design and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth business operations. S/A may create training programs, generate financial reports, and maintain office supply inventories.
Reporting on department progress (HR, Procurement and Finance)
Ensuring that the company compliance certificates are done within the timelines
Follow up on outstanding invoices due for payment from suppliers
Ensuring that external customers’ needs are met
Set formal and measurable performance targets and reporting strategies for staff
Develop and implement a sustainable success programme for the support department
Adheres to quality management system policies, procedures and related requirements of ISO 9001.
Adheres to occupational health and safety policies, procedures and related requirements of
Adheres to environmental aspects, related impacts and legal requirements associated with work activities in accordance with ISO 14001.
Directs efforts to maintain ISO accreditation.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Finance Management/ Public Administration
2-3 experience
Experience in Pastel and Archibus

Attributes
Business mathematics and have strong analytical skills.
Full knowledge of management principles
Must have a confident personality
Should be able to manage conflicts
Excellent, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Effective problem – solving and mediation skills
Must have the skill of decision making
Must have strong leadership qualities
Be open to delegating responsibility
