Candidates should possess the following capabilities:
Fully Bilingual, organized, punctual & have a friendly disposition
Have excellent communication skills
Excellent Customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure
Strong Leadership Qualities
Computer literate (Word & Excel)
Have at least 1 year experience in a Frontline Supervisor/Manager position (if you do not have experience, no need to apply)
Able to manage and discipline a team whilst working together with the team to achieve business goals.
Able to work shifts as per operational requirements
