Are you ready to discover an exciting and diverse SARS? We are looking for young and emerging talent that qualifies to join the Graduate Program in Training. It is essential that you be ethical, disciplined and show an enthusiasm for learning to become part of this vital journey of rebuilding SARS. The program follows a structured, on-the-job learning approach that combines theory with practical experience within various organizational disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary purpose of this role is to gain on-the-job-integrated learning that combines theory with practical experience by completing a two-year structured development program. The Graduate will rotate within a business unit or work topic to acquire the required competencies.
MINIMUM RATINGS
3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) – Information Technology; Applied mathematics; Management; Law; Paralegal studies
Bachelor (NQF 7) – Accounting; Taxes; Auditing; Law; Supply chain; Industrial engineering; Computer’s science; Data science; Analysis of data; Artificial intelligence; Actuarial science; LLB; Digital transformation; Audit / Forensic Investigation; Risk management
Bachelor with Honors (NQF 8) – Accounting; Taxes; Computer’s science; Data science; Economic Sciences; Econometrics; Applied mathematics; Quantitative analysis
