Looking for a Night Shift Safety officer Koeberg (Registered as Safety officer / Manager with SACPCMP) with 7 + years experience in Construction
Start date: 1 December 2021
Duration: 4 Months with possibility of extension
Mandatory (MUST)
- A recognized safety certification (minimum: of 2 weeks training) (e.g. SAMTRAC / Modern SHEQ Management course)
-OH&S Act and Regulations (latest version of the Act and regulations);
-COID Act (latest version of the Act);
-Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Technique;
-Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Training;
-Health & Safety Auditing;
-Environmental Compliance Recognized Course;
-Emergency Preparedness Coordination Training
-Fire equipment inspector training certificate
-First Aid training Certificate (preference is equivalent to level 3 First Aid)
-Fall Protection Plan Developer Training Certificate (SAQA US 229994)
Must be registered with Statutory Body, SACPCMP, as CHSO or CHSM
-Be able to successfully complete the Koeberg FFD (fitness for duty) which includes online- and onsite training and assessments, Drug test, Clear Criminal Record , Enrolment and Red ticket medical
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)
- National Diploma in Safety Management or Environmental Health
