We want to hire a happy vibrant smart junior receptionist and accounts person to join our team in Cape Town.
The suitable candidate will be someone who meets the following requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Lives in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
·
Bilingual and fluent English and Afrikaans.
·
Experienced in handling a PABX system. Friendly voice, manners and good telephone skills essential.
·
Conversant with Pastel Partner, Excel, and Word. Will be
required to do invoicing, and some basic spreadsheets.
·
Reliable and trustworthy.
·
Organized.
·
Ability to work in a team and individually.
·
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·
Has a good head for numbers.
·
Matriculated.
Salary dependent on experience.
