Our client, an Engineering Consulting Firm looking is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Bryanston.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Diploma.
Advanced MS Office skills.
3-5 years’ experience in similar role.

Main responsibilities:
Preparing/checking of general admin documents: delivery notes, packing lists, etc.
Assist with arranging site travel: visas, letters to local authorities etc.
Creating and formatting template documents in Word.
Prepare small item quotes, administer the resulting PO’s.
Assisting with inputting and administering cost control data in Excel spreadsheets.
Sort photos and select good ones.
Small and commodity type purchasing.
Expediting small orders.
Hand over files compilation and formatting.
Tender file compilation and formatting.
