We are looking for a Qualified Plumber in East London with the following requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Experience in a technical/building maintenance field
3+ years’ experience in the plumbing field (non-negotiable)
Inspect units and buildings where required
Identify any defects and the repairs and resources required to eliminate these defects
Action maintenance requirements as identified by job cards
Complete job cards indicating resources used, costs incurred and cost allocation
Attend to maintenance/handyman duties around complexes
Assist with the overall maintenance review of buildings
Address maintenance requirements as identified by tenants
Identify Plumbing maintenance required
Execute required refurbishment work as required during mutations
