JOB OFFER
Assembly of hydraulic power plants and assembly of hydraulic components, according to drawing and sometimes by sample. To fabricate any additional parts needed, to complete any given fitting task.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Matric) / N3 or equivalent
Hydraulic installation experience
Minimum of 4 years of hydraulic experience.

Know the management system
Completely fill out job cards as each stage of fabrication / assembly is completed
Ensure training sheets are completed when conducting internal training
Work description
To build hydraulic systems, assemble hydraulic components according to the drawing and sometimes by sample.
Assist factory foreman and vendors with appraisals for quotation purposes.
Field service
Make sure the target dates set are met.
Provide training to other employees when needed.
Hydraulic pipe bending
General assembly
Qualified craftsman. Disassembly and assembly of pumps that require adjustment and tuning. Including unsupervised troubleshooting.
Fill the hydraulic installer station.
Assist factory manager in machine workshop, when requested / required
Health and security
Comply with safety regulations.
Report any incident to the necessary authorities
Tasks required from time to time
Cleaning the workplace
General maintenance
Preparation of parts for spray painting.
