Job Title: Plant Engineer.
Department’ PLANT.
Job Grade: D4. P

Working Environment: This position requires from the incumbent to work at the plant.
THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:
•Grade 12 (English and Numeracy)
•Relevant B Degree
•5 Years` plus related experience in maintenance and repair of processing plant equipment specifically mills, crushers and PGM Float Plants
•GCC Mines and Works
•Valid driver`s licence code B, EB or C1
•Must have own transport
•Good general health and a certificate of fitness (Red Ticket).
ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO, THE INCUMBENT`S MAIN RESPONSIIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
•Operate computer-assisted maintenance software to perform engineering tasks `Design, implement, maintain or improve instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products or systems for the plant `Sound working knowledge of Control and Instrumentation Systems
•Direct maintenance, support, documentation or testing activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements
•Perform inspections in accordance with the Mine Health and Safety Act regulations and ensure compliance
•Coordinate training and development of team members
•Budgeting and cost control.
