A Gillitts based business in the construction sector, has a vacancy (full day) for a Personal Assistant.
The successful incumbent will possess the following qualities:
• Be proactive and have a positive outlook on life
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good organizational skills (Time management etc.)
• A can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent telephone manners
• Highly numerate
• Extremely Meticulous
• Fast-paced Environment – need to be able to work under pressure

They will also possess the following skills and experience: –
o Fully computer literate
o Basic accounts capturing and processing
o Attention to detail and accuracy
o Bookkeeping / Xero Experience would be an advantage
o Marketing Experience

Duties will include:
• Assisting the Director with business and personal matters
• Banking
• Marketing
• Liaison with accountants
• Compiling of quotes
• Filing

A “can do” attitude is key. People person who is assertive and tenacious – a good team player. Someone who can think on their feet. An all-rounder, multitasker who goes above & beyond the call of duty.
