We are looking for an Executive PA from a career background of Hospitality Manager / Hotel General Manager with the relevant qualification. The candidate must be keen on being an Executive PA to the Group’s property head. The candidate will be in charge of 7 staff and overseeing the Group’s various private properties in an around S.A which are run like 5* boutique hotels.

You will be based at the company Head office and also work for the Head of the organisation.  You will be based in the Sandton area at head office, however there will be extensive travelling in and out of SA.  You will be required to administer professional executive assistance by ensuring the required tasks and duties of the Employer is met and completed in a timeous and accurate manner. Management of internal administrative staff, including property managers.

Responsibilities:
Admin related tasks and Management of team members
Property Management / Project and Interior design Management / Events and Functions Planning
Financial tasks
Weekly Property Management meetings
Traveling planning

Work Experience Skills Required:
Proven experience with contactable references
5 or more years related experience
Good time management skills and capability in working with deadlines.
Comfortable with numbers, financial information, and analysing data.
Proactive attitude in forecasting plausible issues and implementing protective measures.
Possess a high diplomatic and professional attitude towards managing interpersonal relationships with people at all levels
An effective problem solver who can analyse situations to create and implement practical solutions that meet organizational goals.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes being able to make effective presentations to upper management.

Qualifications:
Degree – hospitality (non-negotiable)
Personal Assistant Certificate (optional)
Project Management Certificate (optional)
Property Management Certificate (optional)
Interior design Certificate (optional)
Events Management Certificate (optional)

You must have a full driver’s license and your own transport, a valid passport as travel will a regular part of the positions

Hours of work
You will need to be flexible on the below
Monday – Saturday 08h00 to 18h00
Sunday – off day (subject to change)
