DEDECT in partnership with Productivity SA invites emerging, existing, stable, and distressed SMMEs and cooperatives to apply/participate in the Business Turnaround and Recovery (BT&R) and Workplace Challenge/Kaizen Programmes.
The Business Turnaround and Recovery Programme provides Turnaround strategies and plans to restructure and improve the productivity and operational efficiency of the company facing economic distress, to save jobs or minimise the retrenchment of employees.
The Kaizen programme assists to improve employee and employer cooperation through leadership capacity building, application of best practice kaizen tools to improve productivity and business sustainability over a 6-month period.
