Operations Manager – Catering

Our client in the in-flight catering industry is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team in a fast paced environment
Minimum requirements:
Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
At least 2 years experience in a catering or food production environment
Previous experience in a purchasing and stock control environment related to food
HACCP knowledge and experience is not negotiable
Must have experience managing a sizeable team and dealing with the HR and IR matters related to managing the team
Some experience with simple logistics in terms of delivery of orders on time will be an advantage
Must have a proven track record of making sure non-negotiable timelines are met by the team
