Employment Equity position as General Manager on a farm in Pongola, KZN
•Preference will be given to designated groups.
•The candidate must be suitably qualified with at least an agricultural diploma and a minimum of 10 years working experience as a General Manager on a farm in the sugar cane, banana and macadamia industries.
•The candidate needs to be fluent in English and Isizulu as well as being computer literate in farming programmes and general office work.
•The candidate will have to deal with staff and HR matters as well as the daily farm operation and planning and will report to the Company directors.
