Firm of Chartered Accountants based in Century City are seeking an Office Administrator / Office Manager / Personal Assistant.

The candidate must have the following requirements and attributes:
• Matric
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent and accurate attention to detail;
• Strong focus on controls and systems;
• A passion for service excellence with ability to maintain high standards of professionalism with clients;
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel);
• Excellent clear writing and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage staff.

Duties include:
• General office administration ;
• Management of administration staff;
• Maintenance of CRM system / client database;
• Ad-hoc office duties;
• Ad-hoc Personal Assistant duties.

A minimum of five years relevant experience is required. Previous experience at a firm of Chartered Accountants would be advantage. Experience in Greatsoft is also advantage. Must have own transport. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
