Secretarial experience at a Legal Firm plus below requirements will be ideal.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 10 – 15 Years’ experience within Secretarial & Administrative position
• Secretarial assistance to company Directors
• Month-end Creditor recons
• Processing Debtors, Creditors & Cashbook on Pastel
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Filing and organization of financial records
• Handling Reception and Switchboard
• Strong typing and computer skills
