Title: LEARNERSHIP

PURPOSE
We have an exciting 12-months Learnership program for unemployed youth. We have opportunities on our Hygiene and Cleaning, and Administration Services departments. We are looking for vibrant, dynamic, and eager to learn individuals for this opportunity.
THE LEARNERSHIP OFFERS
A one-year-contract, including monthly stipend.
A national certificate.
Continuous coaching, mentoring on the job training and assessment.
A portfolio of working and learning evidence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have Grade 12.
Must be between the ages of 18-30.
No formal work experience needed.
Must be South African Citizen.
Must be currently Unemployed and never participated in any learnership program before.
Computer Literacy will be added as advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be available to perform duties in terms of the learnership agreement.
Participate in all learning and work experience required by the learnership.
Undertake all learning conscientiously.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Willingness to be educated and developed.
Show initiative.
Be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to self-study and complete assignments.
Time management.
Planning and Organisation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
