ECSECC is seeking to employ a suitably qualified ICT Intern. The IT Service Desk is core to the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework.
IT service management (ITSM) is the process of designing, delivering, managing, and improving the IT services an organization provides to its end users. ITSM is focused on aligning IT processes and services with business objectives to help an organization grow.

REQUIREMENTS
Matric.
IT Degree or equivalent IT diploma.
Effective communication and written skills.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
