ECSECC is seeking to employ a suitably qualified Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for arranging and organising all logistics for the different programmes of ECSECC. The Procurement Officer will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Thee-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Auditing or Finance or Supply Chain Management.
Good planning and co-ordination skills- logistical arrangements.
Computer literacy – administering of a database.
Ability to negotiate.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Communication skills.
Financial and budgetary skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Code 08 drivers licence.
Minimum of two years’ experience in Supply Chain Management activities and/or public sector auditor environment. Experience in Public Sector Chain Management activities.
