Location : Plettenberg Bay
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a 5 star hotel restaurant or similar environment
International experience would be an advantage
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and management skills
Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurant
Must be able to supervise a staff complement
Well groomed, friendly and presentable
Energetic and willing to interact with guests
Ability to work under pressure
Must be hard working and dedicated
Willing to work shifts
Must be able to complete stock takes accurately
Understanding of cost of sales & controls
Must be able to use Micros or similar
