Location : Dullstroom
Salary R11K – R12.5K
REQUIREMENTS
minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
qualification relevant to the position (ie somatology)
drivers license
must be proactive and able to put initiatives in place to increase spa revenue (working closely with the hotel GM and Marketing team)
must be very team driven and able to coach the therapists to increase sales and keep the girls motivated
a strong training background to keep the team up to date with trends, new & existing products and ensure that the guests are receiving the best possible treatments
needs to have an understanding of costings / stock controls and general admin to ensure the business is being run profitably
computer literate (intermediate to advanced excel skills)
monthly reporting on figures & initiatives to the GM / owners
a willingness to assist at the hotel should there be a function (does not happen often)
