STEP 1: Register your profile on the i-Recruitment system.
STEP 2: You will be required to update your profile with all the relevant and necessary information relating to your personal particulars highlighting and documenting your work experience, qualifications and skills acquired. Please attach your CV, which includes details of 3 contactable referees and certified copies of all your qualification certificates and ID. Applicants that have not attached these copies will not be considered.
STEP 3: Once you have successfully registered you may apply for the position of interest and follow the necessary steps on the system. Double click on the IRC number of the post that you are applying for. The post numbers on the i-Recruitment system for the Catering Section are as follows:
• IRC4368 – Food and Beverage
• IRC4369 – Professional Cookery
STEP 4: Ensure you complete the assessment.
STEP 5: Click FINISH.
