DESCRIPTION
Our client, a supplier of fresh produce and raw materials, seeks the expertise of a financial assistant to join his team at his offices in Wellington.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank reconciliations
Capture of invoices and credit notes
General journal processing
Data processing, capture and reporting
Control, billing and debtor / creditor reconciliations
Prepare weekly and monthly payments

Diploma or financial title
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
A similar experience will be advantageous
Strong communication skills must be effective and professional.
Computer skills are a must, especially Microsoft Excel
Good administrative skills
