Provide a quality customer experience and service to tenants by phone, email and face-to-face.
Record and process tenant maintenance requests and engage and address tenant needs.
Deliver quality maintenance records in compliance with standards
Solve logged maintenance inquiries
Registry mantenance
Report on registered ma
REQUIREMENTS
NQF 5 in related qualification (Marketing, Contact Center, Communication)
3-5 years of customer experience and contact center experience (in the absence of a relevant qualification, extensive experience can be considered)
MS Office computer skills required
You must have a driver’s license and your own transportation.
Clear credentials (grades, credit, and criminal history)
Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA / passport identification number and driver
