CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To capture retailer promotional broadsheets into a database with accuracy and speed to ensure a reliable service to both retail and manufacturer clients.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Collecting & collating of material to be captured in a timeous manner.
• Accurate capturing of retailer broadsheets from newspapers.
• Ensuring accuracy of data captured and correct allocation.
• Maintaining efficient and accurate flow of information with other operators and branches.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date archives.
• Supervising and maintenance of equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Matric + relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial with at least 1-2 years experience in data capturing.
• Understanding of retail promotions is beneficial.
• Computer skills.
