•Valid PSIRA Grade C certificate.
•Valid CCTV certificate
•No Criminal record
•Min 3 years experience in a control room
•Must be able to work shifts.
•100%Computer literacy
•Able to communicate on all levels,telephonically and email and 2way Radio
•Client liason skills
•Excellent client telephonic etiquette
•Good report writing skills
•Excellent listening skills
•Be able to handle pressure in stressful situations.
•Own Transport
