MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Excellent management and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
Registered with PSIRA and valid certificate
Operating experience of at least two years
Speak fluently at least two South African languages, of which one must be English.
Good communication skills: written and spoken
Good planning and organization skills.

POSITION DETAILS
Manage all cleaning / security staff members at assigned sites to ensure optimal level of job performance.
Visit the assigned sites daily / weekly / monthly to ensure that the delegated work was executed correctly, within the relevant time limit and up to the required standard.
Perform site inspections, anytime. Keep a record of the inspections.
Be present and / or represent the company at the CCMA when necessary.
Produce monthly reports of sites for customer, administration and payroll staff, such as weekly vacation and replacement report, customer satisfaction report, weekly plan and log book, SHEQ reports, team report of the site, etc.
Make sure all staff members, as well as themselves, are up-to-date with the policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and the terms and conditions of their employment contracts.
Any other reasonable duty or instruction (not mentioned in the job description) that management may request, in writing or verbally, from time to time.
Management of vehicle guard services
Equipment inspection, as well as all complementary service equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of assigned sites
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Organization of relief personnel
Personnel training
Administrative and weekly reporting duties
