Computer literacy in MS Office
Excellent in building client relationships, communication and problem solving
Great communicator and confident in building great relationships
Must be able to speak, read and write English and Dutch
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with teams about their performance
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation programme
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Do regular performance evaluation
Flexible working hours
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance
Set clear team goals and KPIs
