REQUIREMENTS

Study towards or recently completed ISTQB Foundation and / or Test Analyst Level or similar
Must possess excellent oral / written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team following the development methodology, p. Eg Waterfall, Agile and Scrum
The Jira experience would be beneficial
Proven track record of ability to handle time-critical projects
Successful testers are meticulously detailed individuals with a high degree of concentration. They are excellent problem solvers and observers, and are capable of communicating with a wide range of people. In addition to these general attributes and personality traits.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Software knowledge: testers must be intimately familiar with the type of software they are going to test.
Communication Skills: Evaluators need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail: Since flaws in a program may not be entirely obvious, it is important that testers pay excellent attention to detail to identify even the best-hidden errors.
Documentation Skills – Because a large part of their work is based on recording and reporting problems they encounter, testers must have advanced documentation skills.
Troubleshooting Skills – Testers will need to work with developers and other colleagues to find solutions to technical problems they encounter. For this reason, it is important that evaluators have strong problem solving skills.
