Excellent understanding of Labour Law
Excellent managerial skills
Strong leadership skills
Good understanding of financial planning and the fais act
Good understanding of long term insurance
Fast learner
Efficient, accurate, attention to detail
Experience running a sales call centre- not a pre-requisite
Insurance Compliance Officer Experience- not a pre-requisite
