MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Standard 10 (Gr 12). (Technical drawing and mathematics).
Previous experience in lattice and lattice design.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory environment.
Computer literacy is essential.
Fully bilingual.
Valid driver’s license with code 8.
Self motivated.

Attention to details.
Meticulous.
Capacity to work under pressure.
Availability to work overtime when necessary.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Ability to manage and manage personnel.
Stock control
Quantity control in the manufacture of trusses.
Quantity control in the roll of sheets
Time management of the production team. Development and training of production team.
