This one-year Absa Home Loans Learnership program incorporates classroom training and on-the-job exposure in all aspects of contact with the Bank’s clients.

As a Milpark student, you will be asked to demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills and excellent problem solving skills.
Organization skills; pay attention to details and emphasize follow-up.
In addition, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team and to listen and communicate effectively.
Show a high level of professionalism and courtesy. These people should work well under pressure.
