One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of a Workshop Administrator within the Fleet Industry to start as soon as possible, or Immediately.
Salary: R11 000 – R14 000, depending on experience
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00
Requirements:
Matric
Working/have worked in the Logistics/truck/fleet industry will be advantageous
At least 3 years’ experience in workshop administration of trucks or cars
Needs to be Computer Literate (Fleetactiv is not compulsory but beneficial)
Valid driver’s license
Duties:
Workshop Administration
Answering the telephone and dealing with vehicle/truck breakdowns
Booking jobs in
Run Fleet List
Must be able to do claims on all vehicles/trucks that has been damaged for clients to be paid out
