A well-known Training Provider and private FET College, whose mission is to develop and enrich individuals and organisations through effective and relevant skills training, invites suitably qualified and experienced applicants to apply for the following position: TRAINING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Main purpose of Job:
To plan, implement and co-ordinate the training function and related activities within ETC. Perform Business Development function to enhance training with specific clients eg government clients, parastatals, SETA’s etc.
Key performance Areas:
Manage the Training Function
Drive the ISO 9001 QMS
Obtain and maintain accreditation with SETA’s
Quality Assurance
Financial Control
Marketing of ETC/ Business Development General Management
Qualification Requirements:
Management Diploma or related Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management role( of which 2 at least at Senior Management level)
Registered as an Assessor and Moderator
Previous experience working in a Training and Development environment
Working knowledge of NQF / QCTO and SETA liaison
