RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling of products to clients telephonically
Provide product information to clients
Promote the Wholesaler to customers
Handle basic customer complaints
Forward serious customer complaints to Management
Assign new customers
Address price differentiation
Assist with all other Telesales & Ordering Execution duties
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Grade 12
3 Years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills – Afrikaans and English
Computer Literate
Numerical Acumen – basic mathematical/numerical skills
Good physical condition – healthy
Excellent telephone etiquette
Resilient – ability to handle a stressful/pressurised environment
Clear criminal record and credentials
