Requirements
You may or may not have a degree – but either way you’ve got some book knowledge.
You’re building relationships throughout the business; you are in constant contact with candidates and liaising with internal stakeholders – this means you’re personable and have excellent articulation and command of the English language (verbal and written).
While you’re eager to get on board and learn from your team, there are activities you will take the lead of and showcase your independence – this involves taking on admin tasks, being able to coordinate and manage multiple moving parts. You’ll be trusted with more responsibility, slowly but surely.
