POSITION TITLE SUPERVISOR

DEPARTMENT GRAPHIC DESIGN & BRANDING
Position Purpose
The Supervisor appointment will be responsible for supervision and management of all activities for Printing and Branding Solutions Shop in Polokwane. It includes the administration and management of assigned resources within the designated area towards effective operation of the business.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS• Improve performance of the staff in the shop
• Good quality of work and client services
• Control and management of the costs
• Continuous improve of the Shop to meet target
• Work overtimes when required
Qualifications, Experience and Abilities
• Minimum Qualifications – Grade 12
• Graphic Design or Business Administration qualifications
• Basic Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• English literacy
• No major sensory restrictions
• 2 – 5 years post qualification experience
• Valid driver license and Supervisory experience would be advantageous
